To make children's rights ring loud and clear

Terre des hommes loves music, singing and dancing, and attends the Paléo Festival every two years. Our volunteer stand is in the Village du Monde, showcasing the foundation’s various activities and with a surprise event highlighting one of our projects. It’s an opportunity to show a little solidarity between bands, and to learn more about children’s rights.

Get into the volunteer groove

Whether you are new to festivals or know the Plaine de l’Asse like the back of your hand, the Terre des hommes team is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to take a turn on our stand in the evenings.

World Food Day

As part of World Food Day in October, teams of our volunteers sell bags of rice to passers-by, and we also get a number of restaurants involved in helping to reduce malnutrition in children worldwide.

Orange sale

The orange sale also adds a little zest to your life, and the lives of those around you. You can find our fund-raising oranges in the workplace, on local streets or indeed online, and fill up on energy and freshness.

Child Rights Day

Child Rights Day is on 20 November every year. With our teams of volunteers, we raise the Swiss public’s awareness to uphold every child’s right to an education. We invite classes and schools across Switzerland to build a huge chain of solidarity.
